The module allows for user control with the possibility of assigning them to groups of different entitlements or assigning individual entitlements for particular users. It allows for assigning broad and detailed types of entitlements according to your own needs and tasks.

Since CMS Erebus is being used not only for straight web pages but also for more complicated solutions such as online shops, loyalty programs and CRM systems, the inbuilt reporting module will enable you to export the required information to places indicated by you. You can export to the spreadsheet not only everyday reports but also any html site or the PDF file.

CMS Erebus is a CMS created not only for content management but it also serves as a tool for group work. In the simple way you will be able to divide your work into projects, to which you can assign coworkers, attribute certain tasks to them and check their progress. Assign the price to tasks and you can already control costs of projects, if you are cooperating with few agencies, you can also convert a performed task to the invoice. In the CRM window you can control the tasks systematically.

 The module of links and files enables simple adding them in CMS Erebus, and then projecting on the www site. You can also group them into categories and determine the temporal scope of their appearance, and most importantly you can determine entitlements. If you add files or links to your own gallery, thus keeping them only for yourself, and format the hard disk of your laptop as many times as you want, the links will stay available in the right place anyway.

The module of mailings and newsletters enables adding new users on your website who want to receive newsletters. In our CMS Erebus you can define any mailing, use your own notepaper and determine to whom the mail is supposed to be sent. If you want to use our CMS for group work, send mailings to partners, if you have the web page, send mailings to subscribers. If you want to send the mailings to the individual list of consignees, you can use the e-mail campaigns panel.
